Refund Policy

Anyone may request a refund for any reason as long as they request it at least 2 days (7 days for Swingin’ to Spring) in advance. If an event is partially or entirely canceled or rescheduled, requests for a refund or partial refund are allowed up to two weeks after the event, for the canceled/rescheduled parts of the event which you did not attend. When classes are paid for in advance in a “block” of four or more, and a class in that block is canceled (e.g. snowstorm; e.g. venue conflict) we may choose to shorten the block without refund, reschedule the class later on the same weekday, or issue a partial refund, at our discretion, in consultation with the instructor(s) of the block(s). We expect confirmation of payment which might be a ticket, a Paypal receipt, or a list that we maintain.
