Email List

You may join our email list to be informed about our classes and events and sometimes other events you may be interested in. You may unsubscribe at any time. We normally do not use your email address to contact you individually, but may do so in exceptional circumstances.

Class

We record which classes you attend. We use this information in aggregate to evaluate how effective, accessible, and popular our classes are.

Photography

Photographs are sometimes taken, such as at classes or at Swingin’ to Spring. These photographs may be used for promotional purposes, shown on Facebook, displayed on the website, or used in other ways to be determined. If you do not want your picture taken or want to restrict how your image can be used, let the photographer know and/or contact us.

Website

When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about your device such as your IP address. We do not try to identify who uses the device. We also collect information about the specific web pages that you view.

Some pictures shown on our website are stored in Facebook, and we show a Facebook feed on our website. The website only shows this “Facebook information” and does not analyse or keep any of it. If you post on Facebook, please see their policies.

We collect no personal information from you on our website. When you make an online purchase from us, our website may send you to Paypal or other providers. Please see their policies. They tell us your name, email, and/or other information you provide, which we use to identify you and fulfill your order. We never see your bank or credit card information.

Surveys

From time to time we may conduct surveys. These surveys may request your name and/or email, and if you choose to share that information we may contact you to follow-up.

Sharing your personal information

On our website, wordpress plugins that we use may receive information about your device.

We may share personal information in aggregate. Examples include “X people attended class Y”, and “X% of people in class block Y attended all of the classes in the block”.

Data Retention

Any information you provide will remain in our records indefinitely. You may ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update our policies from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
